  1. 1.BASIS OF THE SALE

  2. 1.1 Order will be confirmed once Grotial will receive confirmation of order from buyer
  3. 2.ORDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS

    • 2.1 All goods are offered for sale subject is availability
    • 2.2 Any description, Specification, Sample of goods submitted by Grotial to buyer will be for guidance only.
  4. 3.PRICE

    • 3.1 The Buyer will pay the Price together with an amount equal to GST chargeable (where applicable) on the sale of the Goods.
    • 3.2 Price will be subjected to vary according to market
    • 3.3 Buyer will receive the final price including transport, taxes and other charges at the time of order placement
    • 3.4 If anything will be changed in price under any circumstances, it will be informed to buyer before process the order. If buyer will agree with new price, order will be proceed. If buyer will not agree then he/she can cancel the order or make any changes before process the orders and the amount paid by buyer will be refunded by grotial ( In case payment is prepaid)
  5. 4. PAYMENT

    • 4.1 Buyer can pay amount by 3 ways:
      • ✓ Online(At the time of order placed)
      • ✓ COD


    • Kindly ensure that for COD payment you will receive an OTP that you will have to give to the driver while submitting cash. It will help us to know that you have done your payment successfully.
  6. 5.DELIVERY

    • 5.1 The place for delivery of the Goods should be mention while placing order
    • 5.2 Delivery duration will depend on the product availability, quantity and slot availability
    • 5.3 Buyer can replace/return the product only at the time of delivery.
    • 5.4 In case of product damage during transit, the unit of damage Goods replacement will be free.
  7. 6.Liabilities

    • 6.1 Grotial will not be liable for short delivery or defective/ damage Goods unless a claim is notified to Grotial at the time of delivery.
    • 6.2 In each case the notification must include the invoice number, delivery note number, photos of damage piece and detail of claim.
    • 6.3 Grotial will not be liable in any way for loss, damage, cost or expenses (including loss of profit) arising directly and indirectly from any failure or delay in performing any obligation under this contract by reason of any event or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Grotial, Including any strike, industrial action, Failure of power supply or equipment, Government action and natural disaster.
  8. 7.Notices

    • 7.1 Any notice given or made will be in writing.
    • 7.2 Buyer may notify to Grotial of a change in their Name, Address of business operation and Delivery Address.
  9. 8.Cancellation of Order

    • 8.1 The Buyer can cancel the order before 11:30 P.M, Post 11:30 P.M no cancellation request will be process.
  10. 9. Cancellation and other

    • If Buyer cancels the order within time period then their payment will be refunded in their bank account. ( In case of prepaid payment)
    • Buyer can cancel order by informing us in advanced before processing. In case we receive a cancel request from you before 11:30 P.M , we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund you entire amount.
  11. 10.Use and Storage of your personal information

    • When you supply any personal information to Grotial (e.g., for quote or order request, any agreement, contact detail) we have legal obligation toward you in the way we deal with the data. We must collect the information fairly and we must explain how we will use it. In general, any information you provide to Grotial will only be used within Grotial unless such a disclosure is authorized or required by law, or you have expressly Consented to such a disclosure
  12. 11.Replace/ Return

    • 11.1 Grotial will not be liable for short delivery or defective/ damage Goods unless a claim is notified to Grotial at the time of delivery
    • 11.2 In each case the notification must include the invoice number, delivery challan number and photos of damage piece and detail of claim.


    • Buyer can return/replace the product in below circumstances

      1. Damaged
      2. Wrong variation
      3. Wrong Quantity
      4. Expire product
      5. Wrong product
      6. Significantly different from the description given by the Grotial
    • 11.3 We initiate the refund within 24hrs of receiving the product from buyers and verification will be done. For refunds it takes upto 1 week time for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund. The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or you have not written order number on the package.

    • a. In case of Replacement our team will contact you once we will receive required documents.

  13. 12. Dispute Settlement Process:

    a. For any dispute related, our team will contact you within 72hrs and we will solve it accordingly

  14. 13.Intellectual Property Rights

    • a. The information, content and compilation provided in Grotial is the exclusive property Rabtrmart Foods Private Limited and is protected under the applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. No person shall use, copy, transmit, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute any contents of the website or any part thereof without our express written permission.
    • b. Further, without the express written consent of Grotial, no person shall create and/ or publish his/her own database that features substantial (e.g. prices and product listings) portions of the contents of Grotial.
  15. 14.Intellectual Property Claims

    • Grotial respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that gives rise to concerns of infringement, please bring it to our notice by sending an email at support@grotial.in. We will envisage addressing your concerns and taking necessary steps, if required.
